Dacotah Bank Scholarship To be eligible for a Dacotah Bank Scholarship, you must meet all of the following criteria High School Senior who will attend a higher education institution in North Dakota, South Dakota or Minnesota. Student or student's immediate family must be a primary or secondary owner on a deposit account, a primary owner or co-owner on a loan account, a primary owner of an insurance policy, or someone who has an agency agreement with the Trust and Wealth Management department.
